A vital Game 3 is finally upon us and the stakes are high. Tied at 1 a piece and now in Miami, both teams stars are fully on deck for this pivotal match-up. It’s great news for the Pacers that they’ll get Paul George for the game after getting a concussion in game 2 from a collision with Wade’s knee late in the game, however it’s been the centre of much speculation of George will come out firing on all cylinders like game 1 and 2. The Heat avoided a potentially disastrous 0-2 hole thanks to the 4th quarter heroics of Lebron James and D Wade.

Everyone knows how well the Heat play at home, and tonight’s game will put them to the test. In such an important game that could shape the path of the rest of the rest, there are so many questions that will be answered. Can Miami play their championship level defense? Will Lebron and Wade once again take control of the game in the 4th? Can West, George & Stephenson play like they did in game out and out gun the Heat? Will Roy Hibbert go missing like he did in game 2? Will the Heat’s bench make any meaningful contributions like Cole and Birdman Chris Andersen or will they all be ghosts like in game 1? In a few hours time we’ll have all the answers.

If I was wanting to make a bet, I’d say the Heat being at home the next 2 games will be a great confidence booster for them and they’ll put on a dominate display this game 3 and take a 1 game lead.We haven’t seen ‘great’ basketball from them yet, specifically James, who looks like at times he’s just cruising, waiting for the 4th quarter. The Pacers are a very worthy competitor, however Miami at home are just too strong and considered the favorites to win this one.
